Regenerating the building blocks of mainstream America to create community. 

Our passion is to restore community to the growing number of disenfranchised and blighted small town centers, both urban and rural. By applying a sustainable, affordable and livable design ethic to the oneK initiative, we have developed a model for revitalization with a deliberate effort to reconnect residential neighborhoods to the downtown center and encourage our citizens to regain a sense of community.
