Used a four stage process to move from ideation through to venture planning that delivered new and achievable portfolio profile in and related to home services for members.
For Eastman Chemical Company in Kingsport, TN:
Project 1: White space ideation.
Starting with a blank slate, and a 6 month target, to deliver practical, actionable ventures capable of meaningful new business for this $7Bn company.
Project 2: New business creation.
Led the development and launch of an acetylated wood program - a new billion dollar downstream building and construction platform that built on Eastman’s core asset base.
