For Nasdaq listed Hyzon Motors:

Built an ANZ regional footprint of ISO accredited manufacturing excellence for the integration of hydrogen fuel cells into heavy duty trucks and buses. Delivered world class diesel beating performance in a heavy rigid truck platform to both Australian and US markets.

Oversaw ANZ and European business operations as the US parent went through a series of leadership, compliance and funding crisis.

Project: White space ideation.

Starting with a blank slate, and a 6 month target, to deliver practical, actionable ventures capable of meaningful new business to match legacy revenue for this $1Bn company. Used a four stage process to move from ideation through to venture planning that delivered new and achievable portfolio profile in and related to home services for members.

For Eastman Chemical Company in Kingsport, TN:

Project 1: White space ideation.

Starting with a blank slate, and a 6 month target, to deliver practical, actionable ventures capable of meaningful new business for this $7Bn company.

Project 2: New business creation.

Led the development and launch of an acetylated wood program - a new billion dollar downstream building and construction platform that built on Eastman’s core asset base.
